ESTIMATION

We provide detailed steel joist , girders, and deck quantity take offs from the Consultant contract drawings. We do all the preliminary designs and provide complete costs for the project for the sales departments to develop their project quotes.

DRAFTING AND DETAILING

We produce all the Steel Joists and Deck placement drawings and Bills of materials for fabrication. We AutoCad and in-house proprietary software to develop the drawings and details. We coordinate all the details with the client to make sure the steel connections or the loads as shown on the Consultant structural drawings are accurately translated on the placement drawings and Bills of materials. We also produce BIM drawings and models for specific projects upon request.

DESIGN

We use our clients proprietary software to design all the steel joists and girders in accordance with the consultant drawings, building codes and SJI ( Steel Joist institute). The designs are then transferred into shop requisitions for the client to use for fabrication.
