Tariq is a highly accomplished Senior Engineering/Operations Leader with over 30 years of experience in managing multi-site steel design, detailing, fabrication and assembly operations in the USA at both the operational and executive level. A highly motivated professional with a proven track record for developing people and cultures that deliver world class results. Licensed Professional Engineer in Pakistan and many states in the USA. As director of SSI the company will serve customers in the USA with the highest level of quality service. Providing engineering detailing services using the latest technology and trained talented engineers to satisfy the unique needs of customers is the goal of SSI.

My contribution as Consultant Canam Steel Corporation (Pakistan Region) previously and (Stellar) Stellar Services International Pvt. Ltd. presently is focused on Human Resource and Organization Development. “You don’t build a business -You Build People- And Then People Build the Business.” Strategically Stellar plans to play a major role in uplift of young engineers in Pakistan by giving them opportunity / exposure of global business demand of today and achieving their respective goals through hard work in various disciplines of engineering. To start we are delivering services in the areas detailing and estimation of Steel Structure Engineering.
My job as Center Manager / Chief Human Resource Officer at Stellar Involves interacting and facilitating young engineers to become global employees working in this part of the world. They are enhancing their skill set both technically and soft skill wise to meet expectation of global business of today and tomorrow.
